The stillness of the morning is where I find renewal and success. Most studies or articles on successful people show that they consistently wake up early to achieve the most in their day. You’ve probably also heard how making your bed every morning can be an indicator of success. I doubt that the success inherently follows making your bed or waking up early. There are certainly successful people who accomplish a great deal in the evenings.
However, the key is discipline. Do you set yourself up for success by making your bed? Do you train yourself to go to bed at a reasonable hour to wake up early?
